Beans

We grow about three dozen varieties of organic heirloom beans on our western Colorado farm each year. We do not grow standard commodity beans like pinto or kidney; rather, we focus on unique, flavorful, heirloom cultivars that carry stories. We only sell beans that we grow ourselves and that were harvested the previous season, thereby guaranteeing freshness and flavor (commodity beans often sit on the shelf for eight to ten years). Our goal is to feed our local community; as such, we do not ship beans. Beans are available for sale shortly after harvest each year (usually mid-October); if you’d like to be notified of harvest availability, please send us a message here!
